Group Reservations & Packages

We can offer your group (20 or more people) a full day in Midland to include transportation, a delicious lunch, a lovely cruise onboard the Miss Midland and a choice of:

Private Charters

Exclusive charters are available for wedding receptions, company outings, fundraisers, service clubs or family gatherings.

Availablity: After regular cruise times.
Boarding: 30 minutes prior to departure.
Disembarkment: 30 minutes after docking.

Capacity:
Although our vessel is licensed for 300 passengers, we recommend in the event of dancing, catering, or a wedding ceremony, a maximum guest list of 150 passengers is suitable. Please ensure your minister is licensed to marry you on the water.

Buffet Tables:
Can be set up when requested.
Music:
Groups may utilize boat sound system and supply their own cassettes or CD's (our crew would be happy to play them for you). OR for $125.00 we can offer Karaoke, the Miss Midland is equipped with an Laser Karaoke System, complete with video monitors, speakers and wireless microphone. OR we can suggest Louis LeFaive (705) 549-5096; OR John Potts - (Moon Glow) a 2 to 5 piece band (705) 322-2657. Groups can contact these individuals directly.

Catering:
You can supply your own buffet, or may we suggest ELM Catering, (705) 533-2854 who has never disappointed us over the years. Their lavish and bountiful buffet is highly recommended. Menu available upon request.

Licensed Bar Services:
Fully licensed with the L.L.B.O. and feature a snack bar onboard. All drinks, (Liquor, Beer and wine ) will be $3.75 each. You can either request cash bar or host bar. For Host Bar their will be an automatic 15 % gratuity added.

Duration of Cruise:
Minimum 2 hours + any additional booked time until 1:00 a.m.


Payment Policy:
25% deposit is due within 30 days of booking (refundable 30 days prior to cruise date). Balance of charter amount is due in full 30 days prior to departure. All Host Bars must be approved by Boat Operations Manager prior to cruise. A major credit card number is required in the office as security until the bill is paid. We will accept Company cheques or credit card payments in the office and at the ticket booth.

Smoking:
Allowed on the Stern of Level 1 only.



Bus/Boat Package

Midland Tours Inc. and PMCL offer daily scheduled Motorcoach Transportation Service to the Midland Town Dock.

General Cruise Information

Arrival & Pre-Boarding

Parking is available dockside at the Midland Town Dock (foot of King St.). Sailing subject to weather and minimum passenger requirement. Reservations are advised & Reserved Tickets must be picked up one hour prior to scheduled departures.

Accessiblity & Amenities

The Miss Midland is wheelchair accessible & the main deck is fully heated. The vessel is fully licensed under the L.L.B.O & has a snack bar on the lower deck. Regular and handicap-equipped washrooms are located on the lower deck.
