The Serendipity Princess has a total sit-down meal capacity of 152 including Level 3;
if only Levels 1 & 2 are used then total is 92 without music setup/buffet table on Level 2;
or total Level 1 & 2 with music setup/buffet would be 88 people. ** Level 3 has a maximum
capacity of 65 people at one time while cruising. |

| Groups may utilize our sound system supplying own cassette/CD’s. Our staff
will be pleased to play them for you. We can also accommodate a D.J. or up
to a 4 piece band…..and room for dancing. |

| You may discuss your needs with our staff or deal with the caterer privately.
We can offer varied menus sure to please every palate. Linens, dishware,
glassware, etc. are available (upon request); whatever you require to
make your special event truly memorable. Menus/details are available upon
request.

| We are Liquor Licensed for 225 persons, Photo ID required.
All drinks (beer, liquor, wine) will be $3.50 each. If "special bar orders"
are made, you are responsible for the associated costs.
Drinks may be "cash bar" or full/partial "host bar" which will be
charged to your credit card plus a 15% gratuity.
If you choose “partial host bar” you are responsible to supply drink
tickets to your guests.

additional hour e.g. 3 hours = $1800.00 4 hours = $2100.00 5

| Middle Deck - Rental is available for $700.00, however, times must comply with our regular
cruise schedule as indicated in our brochure. Your group will still have access
to Levels 1 + 3 with exclusive access to Level 2 with seating capacity of 65
(without music/buffet table) or 52 (with music/buffet table).

| 25% deposit is due within 30 days of booking (refundable 30 days
prior to cruise date). Balance of charter amount is due in full 30 days prior to
departure. All Host Bars must be approved by Boat Operations Manager prior
to cruise. A major credit card number is required in the office as security until
the bill is paid. We will accept Company cheques or credit card payments in the
office and at the ticket booth. |
