The Serendipity Princess is a 265 passenger paddle-wheeler with triple decks featuring a patio on the upper level. Daily sightseeing cruises as well lunch & dinner cruises are available.
General Cruise Information
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth in Barrie one hour prior to cruise departure time. Reservations are recommended for all sightseeing cruises & required for all meal cruises. Reservations can be made by contacting our head office (Contact Us). Reserved tickets must be picked up at least ½ hour prior to scheduled departure time. Tickets can not be purchased prior to the day of the cruise.
All regular cruises are subject to availability & a minimum of 30 passengers (with the exception of 2 for 1 cruises – 50 passenger minimum requirement). The Company reserves the right, without liability, to cancel, delay, shorten or change cruise schedules and routes when in its judgement, circumstances warrant.
Arrival & Boarding
Paid parking is available dockside at the Barrie City dock (located at the base of Bayfield Street). Reservations are advised & reserved tickets must be picked up at least ½ hour prior to schedule departures. Boarding generally occurs 15 to 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Accessibility & Amenities
The Serendipity Princess is wheelchair accessible and the lower decks are fully heated. The Serendipity Princess if fully licensed under the L.C.B.O. & has a snack bar onboard. Regular & wheelchair accessible washrooms are located on the main deck.
