Capacity |
|
Although
the
Miss Midland
is Coast Guard approved for 300 passengers,
we do recommend a maximum guest list of 150 passengers to allow for
catering, dancing, a wedding ceremony or inclement weather.

Catering |
|
You may discuss your catering
needs with our staff at the time of booking. Our professional caterers
can offer you varied menus sure to please every palate and budget. You
may also arrange to bring on your own catering for your group.
Meals aboard the Miss Midland are primarily buffet style.
Searing on the Miss Midland is comfortable row/bench style seating with
custom fitted trays for eating. |

Licensed Bar Service |
|
We are liquor licensed for
300 persons;
photo identification is required. Beer, liquor, red and white wine and
coolers are available. Patrons are not permitted to
bring on their own alcohol, however, we will accommodate special bar orders (an extra
charge may apply over and above our regular bar costs). Drinks may be
"Cash Bar" (each person pays individually per drink) or you may wish
to offer your guests full/partial "Host Bar" which will be charged to
your credit card plus a 15% gratuity. If you choose "Partial Host
Bar", drink tickets will be provided to your guests (per your
instructions). |

Payments |
|
A credit card number will be required to secure the
reservation at the time of booking.
A $500 deposit will be due 90 days prior to the cruise
date with the charter balance due 7 days
prior to the cruise date. Midland Tours requires 72 hours notice in the event of a cancellation for a
full refund. A "Host Bar" must be
approved by the Operations Supervisor prior to the cruise
and a credit card number must be held at the bar. Full payment for the
bar is due at the end of the cruise. There will be a 15% gratuity
added to the final bar bill for all host bars. |

Decorating |
| Decorations are allowed providing there
are no open flames such as candles. Balloons, streamers, bows, etc. are
permissible, however, only on the inside levels. There should be nothing
attached to the railings. We will, when available, schedule an extra half hour
prior to the scheduled departure time at no cost for decorating. Should
you require additional time, there may be a charge associated. |

Music |
| Groups may utilize our sound system by
supplying their own CDs or iPod. Our staff will
be pleased to play them for you. We can also accommodate a disc jockey
or a 4 piece band. |

|
Smoking |
| Smoking is allowed at the stern on
Level 1 only. |
| |
|
Boarding |
| Passengers will be
permitted to board the Miss Midland 30 minutes prior to
departure. If more time is required please let us know. |
| |
|
Disembarking |
| Passengers are required to disembark the
Miss Midland within 30 minutes after
docking. The latest disembarking time is 1:00 a.m.. |

Additional Services (Transportation, Honeymoon Vacation, Travel Insurance) |

travel arrangements for you from the wedding night accommodations to
the full honeymoon vacation including travel insurance.
Midland Tours Inc. can now pick up and shuttle your guests to and from the
destination of your choice in style. Let us transport your guests in one
of our luxury highway coaches or activity buses. |
